Ambrose Burne - Winner: New Exhibitor Award
Ambrose's blacksmithing career started 10 years ago when he completed a training course at Herefordshire College of Technology. He honed his skills as a journeyman blacksmith in London working on challenging large-scale projects but returned to the Hereford College of Arts to fulfill his creative ambitions, completing an Artist Blacksmithing degree course.
Ambrose's work fuses contemporary artistic ideas and design principles with traditional craft techniques.
